Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from Billing via the customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then does not renew.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once credits have been issued for the billing cycle. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
Credits on cancellation
Remaining credits can be used until the end of the paid period and then expire.
Failed generations
If a website generation fails because of an internal error, its 250 credits are refunded to your balance automatically.
Domains
Domain registration fees are governed by the domain provider's refund policy.
